1. Information on the site

Service information on this site is general and is not a binding offer. The specific job, time and price are agreed individually before work begins.

2. Prices and payment

Where no price is shown, it is “on request”. Price and payment method (e.g. cash or bank transfer) are agreed before the job. If extra work turns up during the job, I only do it with your approval.

3. Rescheduling and cancellation

If the agreed time no longer works for you, please let me know as early as possible. I will also give you timely notice if anything changes on my side.

4. Scope limits

• Crypto help is technical support only (wallet setup, backups, security). No investment advice and no recommendations on what to buy or sell.
• Passenger transport is not offered.
• For work that requires a special licence or certification (e.g. serious electrical or gas work), I will recommend a suitable specialist.

5. Liability

I work carefully and follow manufacturer instructions. If there is a problem with completed work, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will sort it out. Your consumer rights under Latvian and EU law are not limited.

6. Governing law and disputes

Latvian law applies. We aim to settle disputes amicably. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv).
